You will retain all Intellectual Property Rights owned or licensed by you which are provided to us as part of the website content and website design.
Q. Can I take over the web hosting if I cancel?
No. You would need to sign up to your own hosting and you will be responsible for uploading the website design to your own hosting server.
Q. I don’t have a domain name, will you register one for me?
We believe the domain name should be registered legally in your name. You can register the domain name at one of many registrars.
Q. Will you manage my registered domain and make the changes so it points to the hosting?
Yes. We (or you) can make the simple DNS changes to point the domain to the server where the website files are hosted. Once that change has been made, your domain will load the website, anyone who has your domain name will be able to see the website.
Q. Will you give me access to the server where my website is hosted?
No. We maintain your website and the server for security and we do not share those details with you.
Q. Will you provide me with an email address?
We can set you up with email accounts for your business based on your domain. We offer Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office 365 services. Please do contact us and we will advise you.
